• Graduated from Bachelor degree in department of Electronics and Communications Engineering, Computer Engineering or Industrial Engineering,
• Master degree in related departments is an asset,
• Minimum five-year experience about service and operations process
• Good command of English, both written and spoken,
• No obstacle to travel,
• Completion of military services for male candidates is mandatory.

İŞ TANIMI

• Work with stakeholders to define business and systems requirements for new technology implementations
•  Ensure the efficient utilization of IT resources
• Oversee all reports and documentation related to network and systems operations
• Manage the deployment, monitoring, maintenance, development, upgrade, and support of IT systems, including networks, data centers, servers, PCs, operating systems, and associated hardware
• Define data center short and long-term strategies to ensure infrastructure capacity, availability and performance meets current and future requirements.
•  Develop, implement, maintain, and oversee enforcement of policies, procedures and associated plans for system security administration and user system access
• Design and implement disaster recovery plan for operating systems, databases, networks, servers, and software applications
• Develop, implement and maintain policies, procedures and associated training plans for network resource administration
• Perform risk management for IT infrastructure
• Analyze performance of Service Desk activities and documented resolutions, identify problem areas, and devise and deliver solutions to enhance quality of service and to prevent future problems
• Develop Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to establish problem resolution expectations and timeframes and monitor alignment with SLAs
