Customer&Order Specialist

We are seeking for a 'Customer&Order Specialist' for our global client operating in Automotive sector.

• Bachelor’s Degree from a reputable university, preferably in Engineering or Business Administration,

• 1 year of working experience especially in customer or dealer relations area will be welcomed,

• Strong analytical and numerical skills and the demonstrated ability to creatively solve problems with very good human relations,

• Proficiency in English (minimum CEFR B1),

• Excellent command of MS Excel and good command of other MS Office applications,

• No military obligation for male candidates.

İŞ TANIMI

• Carrying out the approval process of Network’s domestic and international orders in line with the Clients customer policies by working together with Logistics Department,

• Sharing all the data flow and information of orders, stocks, campaigns, prices etc. with the dealers and region organization,

• Organizing direct shipment activities and taking necessary steps in order to complete the process in time and effectively,

• Following up the legal and procedural steps of dealer opening activities,

• Acting as a communication channel between the company and dealers. Enabling data flow to be executed and maintained accurately.
