We are looking for the Manager of Information Technologies to work on the Information Technology Operations Management team operating in Netaş Office.
· Bachelor degree, relevant IT certification(s), and/or 10 years of relevant IT experience.
· 3+ years as a IT manager or team lead.
· Fluent in English as written and verbal.
· Strong technical knowledge of Server and PC operating systems, including all supported Microsoft and Linux/Unix OS versions.
· Strong technical knowledge of current network and security hardware, protocols and standards, including routing protocols, WAN/LAN design.
· Strong technical knowledge of core Microsoft technologies including Exchange, Active Directory and MS SQL
· Strong technical knowledge of virtual environments (VMware, HyperV), storage and backup systems
· Must possess professional oral and written communication skills, and excellent organizational skills.
· Must be experienced with both business applications and infrastructure technologies, and comfortable managing 3rd party vendor relationships in both areas.
· Experience developing IT strategic plans which leverage the best use of technology in conjunction with the company’s strategic plans.
· Must be adept at assessing existing and emerging technologies, and identifying those with applicability to the business.
· Must be proficient at defining and executing IT projects with significant project management experience.

The IT Manager’s role is to ensure the streamlined operation of the IT Department in alignment with the business objectives of the organization. This individual will plan, coordinate, and conduct IT-related activities for the organization and provide administrative service and support for daily activities related to the IT department.
· Manage Internal IT staff and IT Help Desk.
· Manage the maintenance, development, upgrade, and support of all IT systems (including servers, network, PCs, operating systems, hardware, software, and peripherals) and general IT infrastructure.
· Work with cross-functional teams to manage deployment and implementation of said systems and applications as necessary.
· Manage full life cycle of Windows and Unix/Linux (Redhat,Solaris,HP-UX) Server operating systems and equipment (physical, virtual, and cloud).
· Manage full life cycle of WAN / LAN / Wi-Fi network connectivity and equipment.
· Manage full life cycle of corporate email system. (MS Exchange, O365)
· Manage full life cycle of corporate phone system.
· Manage Storage and Backup systems.
· Manage Virtualization and Cloud Environments (Azure and AWS)
· Recommend and implement solutions to maintain security of company networks, systems and applications.
· Ensure availability and security of Internal IT infrastructure through regular, preventive, and remedial maintenance.
· Develop and maintain an IT disaster recovery plan, ensuring up-time and redundancy targets are hit across the enterprise
· Implement and manage local IT policies and procedures, including those for architecture, security, disaster recovery, standards, purchasing, and service provisions per company standards
· Practice asset management for IT hardware, software, and equipment.
· Own the budget for IT, including disseminating IT costs among groups
