• Bachelor Degree
• Masters Degree is a plus
• Track record of successful Event & Sponsorship strategy building for Youth consumers. [Concerts, Music Contests, Street Activations, Movie launches (Gala/Premier), Festivals, Press Meetings, Celebrity Management]
• Event productions with supply chain management mind-set
• Track record of 3rd Party (Event Agency) management
• P&L Analysis and Budget Keeping
• Project management and analytical thinking skills
• Multi-task management
• Experience in a large multinational company is a plus
• Telecom/IT/Media sector experience is a plus
• Ability to think creatively and strategically to turn new technologies into events & sponsorships tools in order to differentiate
• Problem solving & decision making
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and inter-personal skills
• Results-driven and delivery-focused
• Flexible mind set to adapt to a constantly changing conditions
• Flexible working hours

We are seeking Event & Sponsorship Associate Manager with the will and ambition to work in high performing Vodafone Team responsible for Leading Digital Transformation in Turkey, reporting toEvent & Sponsorship Manager of Vodafone Turkey.The accountabilities of this role are:
- To support Vodafone Turkey’s Event and Sponsorship activities, candidate will be managing Youth segment related Events and Sponsorships.
- Candidate will also be responsible for designing, planning and executing sponsorships and events effectively in order to improve brand engagement and proximity on consumers and improve company reputation & brand image with a project manageent approach
