QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
ABB seeks for
”SALES ACCOUNT MANAGER" who will be able to demonstrate knowledge in Process Industries, Industrial Automation Division in Dudullu -Istanbul with below qualifications;
- Engineering degree in Electrical, Electronics, Control, Mechatronics,
- Min 3-5 years of experience in the solution business sales,
- Experiences in Mining, Metal, Pulp-Paper industries and EPCs,
- Analytical thinking, Action & Result oriented and customer focused,
- Neighbor countries experiences is a remarkable asset,
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with an aptitude for building strong client relationships and for developing long-term customer relations,
- An ability to address customer requests in a timely manner,
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with a problem-solving attitude,
- Team work oriented, change orientation,
- Understanding of sales performance metrics, legal & compliance issues,
- Good knowledge in contract and risk management,
- Having a valid driving license and Availability to travel as needed,
- Military service should be completed for male candidates,
- Engineering and project management experience are remarkable assets,
- Good command of written & spoken English, French/Russian/Arabic is a remarkable asset.
İŞ TANIMI
The candidate will be responsible for;- Manage our key accounts portfolio,
- Achieve assigned strategic account objectives,
- Understand and analyze customer needs,
- Establish strong, long-term client relationships,
- Communicate with major clients on a regular basis and respond to specific queries,
- Identify and approach new potential strategic customers,
- Suggest solutions and innovative ideas to meet client needs,
- Handle complaints and problems in a timely and effective manner,
- Contribute to the marketing plan and activities (fairs, campaigns etc.),
- Act as the liaison between key customers and internal teams,
- Monitor sales performance metrics,
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual reports and forecasts,
- Identify new opportunities to increase sales,
- Creating sales plans and justifying those to plans to the upper management,
- Be responsible for achieving sales quota and strategic account targets.
