GENEL NİTELİKLER VE İŞ TANIMI

We are looking for HR MANAGER for our multinational client . 


Required Profile: 
  • University degree preferred
  • Minimum 5 years experience in HR field
  • Working experience from a manufacturing company is preferred, as well as from multicultural environment
  • Experience in Recruitment, Learning & Development and Engagement programs
  • Deep understanding of employee relations and Turkish labor code
  • Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills
  • Fluent in Turkish and English 


İŞ TANIMI

  • Work closely with the Country Manager to shape the future direction of the Company, identifying opportunities to change and/or improve its way of working and highlighting issues that may impact the long-term growth of the Company.
  • Form a team and work in close relationship with Corporate HR, while assisting with the roll- out of group policies, processes and procedures
  • Coach and support the local Management Team to achieve its long-term objectives and business plan.
MAJOR TASKS
  • Stimulate the development of a good social climate through clear communication on all important HRM aspects which can have an impact on the business results
  • Ensure that all legislative requirements with respect to employment related matters in Turkey are monitored, identified, and adhered to, hereby minimizing the legal risk for the Company.
  • Proactively provide support and advice to line managers on how to improve individual, team and organizational performance. This will include consulting on organizational design, team performance, process improvement, change management and capability building.
  • Develops local processes, procedures and policies in compliance with group and local standards (compensation guidelines, job classification structure, annual performance review process, etc) while benchmarking local market practices and employment trends
  • Control of the delivery of the Back Office Functions including Payroll and Data Management.
LEARNING & DEVELOPMENT 
  • Responsible for developing and implementing the Learning & Development Strategy.
RECRUITMENT & SELECTION
  • Working closely with the Local Management Team and line managers (and suppliers) to build the talent pipeline for the market ensuring that end to end recruitment processes are executed in a timely manner (i.e. on-boarding, induction, development, retention, etc) as well as effective workforce planning.
EMPLOYEE ENGAGEMENT
  • Development and deployment of the Company’s engagement strategy.
AD HOC
  • Identify and manage key HR projects that deliver business improvements.
