QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking for an International Sales Specialist who will be responsible for Near Europe and Central Asia Countries.
  • At least bachelor degree from a reputable university,
  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience,
  • Dealer and account management experience is a plus,
  • Fluency in Russian and English written & spoken
  • Expert user in MS Office applications, experience on reporting and analyzing,
  • Strong analytical and effective communication & negotiation skills,
  • High team working skills,
  • Valid driving license and no obstacle for travelling,
  • Completed military service for male candidates.


İŞ TANIMI

  • Achieve the sales and profit targets in accordance with vision and strategies of the company by managing sales processes,
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly sales and dealer satisfaction & performance reports; indicate andanalyze deviations between actual and target results,
  • Manage/Motivate/Develop existing dealers to create a win&win situation and gain share in the market,
  • Business development through the region by searching for new customers and improving existing business partners’ performances,
  • Preparation and evaluation of product&price maps for markets of responsibility,
  • Implementation of pricing, price positioning and channel penetration strategies in related countries based on analysis of available market research data and product&price maps,
  • Determine needs for promotion of new products in cooperation with marketing team during launching periods,
  • Determine promotion and display needs in coordination with marketing team for expanding current product portfolio of sales in related countries,
  • Hold technical instruction sessions in the field for dealers and their sub-dealers,
  • Study competitor products in the field and report  to internal technical departments for benchmarking purposes,
  • Build-up a link between product management and dealers for product related technical issues.
  • Represent the company at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations.
