İŞ TANIMI

• Should have significant knowledge about GSM/GPRS/EDGE/WCDMA Radio and LTE technologies.
• Should have Planning and optimization experience by smart network Technologies (2G/3G/LTE sites, repeaters, femtocells..)
• Review the network performance in the region through all quality and performance reports; and ensures necessary actions are taken to sustain & improve the coverage and quality of the 2G 3G and 4G network
• Ensure the forming of all necessary frequency and parameters related to the new site which will be planned
• Realise the required drive tests and ensure the required 2G,3G and 4.5G network accordingly
• Manage the performing of TSS, EMF measurements, file preparations of new/revision sites and submission of files to BTK for site certification.
• Resolve customer complaints immediately
• Represent VF to all local government and public bodies in the region to ensure that all required licenses and permissions are completed on time (e.g. governor, municipality, forest management, TT, BTK)
• Manage effective and strong relations with all the internal stakeholders to improve the performance of the region according to the technology strategies & plans

•      Responsible for 2G/3G/4G new site planning &  optimization;
•      Network coverage design 
•      Data audit 
•      Analysis of the RAN counters 
•      Tender support for RAN design and capacity dimensioning 
•      Coverage analysis, drive test analysis and capable of cell addition or newsite planning if necessary
•      Review the network performance in the region through all quality and performance reports; and ensures necessary actions are taken to sustain & improve the quality of the 2G / 3G and LTE networks.

•      Prepare weekly/monthly/annual e.t.c reports
•      Prepare presentations for management and meetings
