Your Profile
/ University degree preferably in Mechanical, Electrical or Electronics engineering
/ Fluent English and Russian knowledge both verbal and written
/ Preferably at least 3 years experience in home appliances sector
/ Strong data analysis skills by using MS excel
/ No travel restrictions inland or abroad

/ Giving technical support on phone, by e-mail and by systems in Russian and English languages to service technicians in the countries under responsibility 
/ Realizing theoretical and practical product classroom trainings for service technicians in the countries in Russian and English languages
/ Finding solutions to technical problems and customer complaints received from different sources by getting into contact with technicians and customers
/ Supporting preparation of technical training plan and budget
/ Making data analysis about technical issues, preparing regular reports and giving feedback to related departments to improve product quality
