• University degree in Engineering or relevant disciplines,
• 1-3 years of experience in sales support, purchasing or similar positions,
• Excellent command of written & spoken English,
• Good knowledge of MS Office applications and SAP,
• Action oriented, strong interpersonal & communication skills, team work oriented,
• Completed military service for male applicants.

İŞ TANIMI

• Supports and executes pre-sales and after-sales activities from the entry of the order till the delivery of the goods to the customers
• Follows order confirmations, goods /services to be delivered just in time
• Achieves export-import procedures
• Executes monitoring of the order and report the status to the sales team and customer
• Reports periodically to the Sales Manager about the status of the order, revenue and overdue
• Takes care of logistics parameters such as lead time, freight cost, stock, on-time delivery
• Ensures that any complaints and/or suggestions from customers are forwarded on within the ABB organization to the appropriate individual or unit, and responds and gives feedback to the customer
• Forwards on identified problem profiles which can be turned to business possibilities to the sales team within the unit
