Construction Engineer

• Bachelor degree from Civil Engineering, Architecture or related disciplines,
• Minimum 4 years of experience on related fields (retail experience is a plus),
• Strong knowledge of third party relations, project management and technical aspects of construction management,
• Good communication skills in English or German (both written and spoken),
• Customer oriented,
• Support open communication and feedback culture,
• Open to change and innovation.

İŞ TANIMI

• Providing support to leasing process from the point of architectural design and visiting the locations,
• Analyzing current situation for the rented stores in terms of architectural, mechanic and electrical perspective,
• Realizing architectural planning,
• Delivering the stores with necessary documents and preparations,
• Responsible for project organisations, project planning, time planning as well as managing risks and costs,
• Responsible for regular project activities and status reports,
• Conducting bidding process including sub consultant firms and subcontractors,
• Preparing technical specifications of bidding documents and following archiving process,
• Responsible for outsource management and service acceptance,
• Managing budget approval and allocation processes,
• Following and controlling financial issues and documentation,
• Managing vendors and following production process,
• Following procurement approval and the purchasing process for the products.
