- Minimum 3-4 years of experience of product management / marketing ,preferably in retail sector.

İŞ TANIMI
- To support the Category Manager for developıng and implementing sales & profitability objectives, plans and programmes for Intımate Category.
- To monitor and analyse the NOS products performance monthly, work with the planner to prepare the forecast plan by options (12 months rolling forecast)
- To manage the planogram and lifecycle
- To monitor and check sales-stock levels weekly for fashion products, give suggestion of actions to take
- To monitor and analyse global trends, local and international competitors and consumer needs. provide competitors analyis on regular basis
- To have field visit (and experience sales) to understand the consumer journey in our stores and the competitors
- To follow-up sales performance, new launches sales trend, promotion results and make specific business analyis to support Category Manager and Marketing Director job as forecast and buying planning for new season and annual budget and revised budget,
- Monitoring and analysing the NOS products performance to suggest the more effective offer for the following season,
- To support the Category Manager in preparing the new collection or new products brief and support the product development process,
- To support the Category Manager in preparing the communication brief to external and internal agencies for developing hang tag/packaging and communication images / instore materials
- To support the photo shooting organization for the relevant season
- To prepare and send documentation about new products to stores and sales department,
- To support the CM to prepare the seasonal mktg and promotional plan
- To establısh an effective product management process with the contribution of the others departements
