• University degree in Chemical Engineering or Chemistry
• Minimum 2 years experience in R&D
• Fluent in English
• Very good knowledge of MS Office
• Preferably no military obligation for male candidates

İŞ TANIMI

• Technical Management of innovation projects in Kids Platform
• Product development in line with Kids nutrition strategy
• Follow and understand trends on market regarding new product and technologies
• Calculate and evaluate cost structure of existing and new products
• Plan, coordinate & leading lab, pilot plant works of his/her projects
• Support the R&D activities related to the cost-effective implementation of  Innovation, Renovation, Cost Optimizations projects under this position area of responsibility, in line with business, consumer needs and regulations
• Responsible for integrity of specifications and formulations in PLM ((Product Lifecycle Management)
• Write technical reports and complete product and process specifications
• Examine specifications of the raw materials used. Inform team members about the possible hazards and train the technicians
• Able to operate the instruments in the lab, i.e., viscometer, pH meter, conductivity meter, etc. Understand their basic principles, advantages and applications
• Guide and give feedback for preparation of operating procedures for the instrument and devices. Train co-workers/technicians/interns as required. Ensure all the instruments are operated by the team members correctly
