İŞ TANIMI
We are seeking an Operator Relations Specialistwith the will and ambition to work in high performing Vodafone Team responsible for Leading Digital Transformation in Turkey, reporting Head of Regulatory Affairs of Vodafone Turkey.
The accountabilities of this role are:
- Support for keeping regular contact with all licenced operators for the customer satisfaction
- Inform our requests/claims to the related operators and support as an interface point for the problem solutions
- Coordinate intra-departmental work whenever needed for the completion of interconnection agreements properly
- Data procurement for price analysis which will be used in order to define wholesale terms and conditions
- Follow up all operational requests (IX rate changes, new number definition, new tariff definition, new routings, launch of new services, letter of guarantee changes, capacity changes, Co-location services) with the licenced operators after agreement signed
- Carry out necessary studies and quantitative analysis supporting Vodafone Turkey’s strategy
- Collecting monthly price offers from our carriers and update Least Cost Routing (LCR) table
- Inform to the related technical units for rerouting international traffic according to updated LCR table
- Notify price/prefix code changes based on destination coming from operators to the related IT and Finance units
- Follow up changes on MTRs of the international operators in main countries
- Support for taking necessary action for implementing our obligations within the context of compliance with Access and Interconnection Regulation and other related regulations
- Ensure that VF HSE&W procedures are implemented and works carried out in compliance with local HSE regulations.
- Ensure that work associated risks are assessed and reduced so far as is reasonably practicable
- Comply with VFTR’s information security policy, standards and procedures, available under Intranet / Corporate Security Library,
- Report all suspected security and/or policy breaches, potential security risks to VF TR Corporate Security,
- Protect VF TR’s information assets from unauthorized access, disclosure, modification, destruction or interference,
- Protect user accounts and associated passwords , and accept accountability for any actions performed via usage of those accounts.
