İŞ TANIMI

• Greets all guests coming in to the hotel and helps them for their direction
•  Escorts all individuals who needs direction in the hotel .
•  Is present in the lobby during any functions and events organized by hotel .
•  Escorts guests to their rooms with or without luggage and gives basic information about the room and facilities if necessary
•  Keeps herself fully informed of hotel facilities, services, events and promotions.
•  Makes paging service for the guests in the Lobby if needed.
•  Reports any unusual events to the concierge and Security.
•  Provides general information to the guests.
•  Watches cleanliness and tidiness of the Lobby area, informs HK and/or Engineering for requirements of  cleaning or maintenance.
