QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

  • University degree in Engineering (Computer Science, Electronics, Telecommunications or equivalent)
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in Information Technologies
  • Professional experience in managing relationships with various entities including airport stakeholders, airlines and vendors
  • Experienced in a 7X24 SLA environment
  • Highly advanced analytical abilities with operational vision
  • Advanced project management skills
  • Strong ability to troubleshoot complex multi-vendor system integration issues
  • Design, implementation and/or system administration experience on aviation systems is an asset, such as CUTE /CUPPS, CUSS, BRS, FIDS, AODB / IB, RMS
  • Experience on airport computing environment is an asset.
  • Drive to keep up-to-date on latest technical trends
  • Aptitude for cooperation and flexibility in a rapidly changing environment and the ability to respond immediately to often changing business priorities
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills (documentation and technical writing); analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent command of English is a must
  • No restriction for traveling abroad
  • No Military obligation for male candidates


İŞ TANIMI

  • Manage Aviation Systems and related technologies
  • Manage Low Voltage Systems and related technologies
  • Direct the implementation and administration of all special aviation systems and ULV Systems
  • Create strategic goals and convert to easily implemented plans
  • Perform Project management of IT initiatives
  • Ensure timely and accurate delivery of technology products and services related to aviation industry
  • Oversee new system facilitation, current system enhancements
  • Manage external vendors relationships and services.
  • Negotiate contracts with manufacturers and customers for all software, hardware and consulting services
  • Work with customers to better understand their business and develop sound solutions to meet the customer's business requirements
  • Proactively identify and analyze trends, anticipate customer technical evolution, make recommendations and resolve complex technical issues and changes.
  • Provide change management technical validation; contribute to the customer operation configuration design  & review 
  • (preparation, configuration and acceptance testing; perform design and configuration appraisal & audit)
  • Provide help and advice to customers using your organization’s products or services
  • Act as the customer Single Point of Contact (SPOC), when required, and coordinate the scheduling of intervention with customers and internal resolver groups ensuring the highest level of customer service and communications are maintained
  • Provide service and Infrastructure Operations support to internal and external customers in accordance with the terms of the customer contract and Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
  • Investigate and solve customers' problems, which may be complex or long-standing
  • Handle customer complaints or any major incidents, such as a system failure or security issue
  • Analyze statistics or other data to determine the level of customer service your organization is providing
  • Improve customer service procedures, policies and standards for your organization or department
  • Ensure preventive and proactive maintenance and monitoring of systems and services in accordance with agreed schedules and customer expectations
  • Design and configure the detailed design and implementation work stream of the project into multiple streams of work with an appreciation for company’s vision (Senior Phase)
  • Prepare tender documentation such as solution descriptions, high or low-level designs, technical and priced BoQs
  • Manage IT staff by recruiting, training and coaching employees, communicating job expectations and appraising their performance
  • Preparation and management of operating and capital budgets

Bachelor’s(Graduate), Master’s(Student), Master’s(Graduate), Doctorate(Student), Doctorate(Graduate)
Completed, Exempt
