QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

We seek for ''Site Manager'' who will be able to demonstrate knowledge in ABB in Power Systems; Power Generation in Kıgı / Elazığ location with below qualifications;

University degree in Electrical Engineering from a reputable university,
Good knowledge of Microsoft MS Office applications such as word, excel, power point and Autocad
Extensive previous experience (at least 5 years) as a Site Manager, at least 3 years for power plant projects(hydro experience is preferable).
Good Communication skill is essential
Good command of written and spoken English
Excellent problem resolution skills,
Capability implementing, coordinating and controlling immediate solutions,
Ability to work both independently and in a team environment,
Hard working, result oriented, self-motivated with excellent technical skills
No military obligation
Having a driving license and able to drive
Able to travel in Turkey or abroad

İŞ TANIMI

Planning and Execution of Jobs as per Client's Requirement,
Knowledge and observance of Health&Safety Rules & Guidelines,Leadership & Commitment to lead a Group of Employees in his fold
Preparation of Reports to various sections of the Company, Implementation of Quality Systems,
Control, monitor, review and put necessary control measures to optimize all activities to stay within schedules
Management and coordination of site personnel
Notifications to Client and Subcontractors in coordination with Project Mgr
Lead all the technical team at site for installation & commissioning of Electromechanical Works
