• University degree (IT relevant departments, Statistics, Mathematics or Industrial Engineering etc.)
• Minimum 3 years of progressive work experience
• A proven track record of working within IT solutions development preferably in medium to large corporate environments
• Experience on SAP MM and SD modules support, consultancy experience is a plus
• Technical proficiency and awareness (ITIL/MCP/MCSE/CNE), experience or training in ITIL preferred
• Pro-active and customer-oriented mindset
• Well organized with the ability to plan and schedule work
• Analytical, result oriented, strong communication skills, patient
• Active team member but able to work autonomously
• Fluent in English

İŞ TANIMI

• Ensure internal customer satisfaction
• Provide 1st level end-user IT application support
• Monitor and report system deficiencies
• Provide, update and maintain business process documentation using company defined tools and standards
• Ensure systems supporting the business are operating effectively
• Ensure that issues are communicated to and addressed by the appropriate Global IT resources.  Follow-up to ensure that the user issues are resolved
• Provide support for implementations of new processes and tools.  Train and support users in the use of these processes and tools
• Work closely with the Business Solution Managers and 3rd party vendors if it is necessary
• Coordinate application upgrades, new releases, beta testing with the application owners
• Acquire and maintain knowledge of business functions in a dynamically changing environment
