GENEL NİTELİKLER VE İŞ TANIMI

  • University Degree with Electronic, Computer, Telecommunication or Mathematics Engineering
  • At least 2 years Presales experience
  • Minimum 5 years experience in ICT sector. Preferably in system integrator or vendor.
  • Very good technical knowledge (Network, Security, Datacenter Tech.)
  • Related Cisco , Microsoft , HP , Dell , Vmware , EMC , NetAPP , IBM , Checkpoint , Fortinet , Juniper certifications are plus.
  • Military service completed (for male candidates)
  • Very good command of English
  • Excellent interpersonal relationship building skills
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Ability to understand and capture business and technical requirements
  • Driving license (B class)


İŞ TANIMI

 
We are seeking a Presales Senior Associate Manager - Data Center with the will and ambition to work in high performing Vodafone Team responsible for Leading Digital Transformation in Turkey, reporting  Fixed & Cloud & VAS Presales Manager of Vodafone Turkey.

The accountabilities of this role are:

This role is responsible for acting as a design authority to sales and operational teams to ensure technical design and customer needs/expectations so that VF Turkiye achieves targets within the all sales segments
  • Contribute to VF Sales and Marketing strategies for whole sales segments (Corporate Customers)  to ensure VF Turkiye realizes its ambitions for the short-mid and long term.
  • Work with VAS&Cloud Product Management and Marketing to help define/refine sales messages and ensure sales packages are developed and messages communicated to sales team.
  • Work with Account Managers to lead genarate for related Corporate Sagments.
  • Identify and address customers critical technical issues (escalations) and non-technical issues, and coordinate necessary support activities.
  • Position requires broad and deep knowledge of hardware and software products within the following technology areas and manufacturers. Multi-vendor expertise and experience is highly desired, particularly with two or more of the OEMs listed within each of the following technical areas:
Servers and Converged Infrastructure platforms (Cisco, Dell, HP,  Oracle, IBM/Lenovo)
Storage (Hitachi, EMC, HP 3PAR, NetApp)
Data Protection & Archival (Commvault, Dell, EMC, HP, Symantec, Veeam)
Virtualization (VMware, Microsoft, Citrix)
Cloud Orchestration (VMware, Microsoft, OpenStack, others)
Creating IT Architecture model that provides a timely response to strategic business requirements of customers.
 
  • Making R&D activities and running PoCs to choose the best technologies that is cost-effective, accordance with the standards.
  • Providing configuration management based on COBIT Standarts.
  • Generating IT Development Strategies for customers that will meet their business requirements in terms of current architecture structure and future plans.
  • Participating to key vendor events, trainings and organizations to follow the technology trends
