• Bachelor’s Degree
• 5 years of Production Management or Plant Management experience
• Prior accountability for the following areas: safety, employee development, quality assurance, security, cost control, capital project management, facility upkeep and logistics,
• Experience with managing and controlling an operating budget (+$500,000) and identifying and implementing expense and product conversion cost savings (+$100,000).
• The ability to manage change and pursue continuous learning and improvement.
• Strong interpersonal and team work skills and the ability to build and maintain effective working relationships internally and externally.
• Effective and systematic problem solving skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• The ability to develop and lead the implementation of new policies and procedures.
