In addition to the OEMs, Veritas Otomotiv supplies parts to Tier One companies like Bosch, Continental, Sumitomo Electric etc. and mainly produces rubber hoses (charged air intake, water drain hoses etc.), bellows, bumpers and gaskets.

Veritas Otomotiv is searching for a Quality Engineer to be employed in Cerkezköy Plant with the following qualifications:
 

• Experience in Quality Management
• Min. 3-5 years related working experience in automotive area
• Excellent command of both written & spoken English (German will be an asset)
• Experience in active usage of Problem Solving Methodologies (8D, 6 Sigma, Kaizen, Ishikawa
• Good team working skills with the willingness to accomplish task in harmony with the other team members
• Knowledge of MS Office programs is a must
• Has a knowledge and experience in ISO/TS 16949 (preferably internal quality auditor qualification) and associated tools (APQP, FMEA, control plan, process flow diagram etc.)
• Has a knowledge/qualification in process audits (VDA6.3)
• No restriction to travel (esp. to Germany)
• No military obligation
• Must have a valid driver’s license

İŞ TANIMI

• Analysis of field returns in coordination laboratory testing, searching root causes of the problems, reporting of results and giving information to related departments,
• Follow-up of customer portals (esp. Ford)
• Leads and guides customer requirements for the development and execution of quality programs/expectations for the project
• Preparing weekly/monthly quality reports
• Controls quality costs and monitors records of product defects and failure rates
• Monitor plant quality performance
• Analyze failure, corrective and preventive action to respond to customer complaints.
• Utilizes problem solving techniques (8-D & 5-Step…)
• Perform internal process and system audits
• Drive “Zero Defect” mentality, to analyze the risk of all processes together with the associated group and to work with them to decrease the risk level (engineering, logistics, packaging, maintenance)
• To define the quality metrics for all phases of design and production and to make sure that they will be implemented correctly
• Projects may include: process analysis, value stream mapping, process capability and throughput analysis, 6-Sigma, 5S and Kaizen events
