• Ability to control delivery plans and understand development methodologies like agile,waterfall etc.
• Experience in migration methodologies like big bang and phased migration.
• Charging systems and online charging experience is nice to have whereas knowledge/experience for integration of high scale systems in telecommunications architecture is neccesary.
• Experience in vendor management, contract negotiations, budget and payment execution.
• Knowledge and experience in areas like CRM,Billing&Charging projects is a must.
• PMI certification is preferrable.
• Effectively apply project management methodologies

• Determine risks, track progress and find mitigation alternatives
• Excellent presentation skills

İŞ TANIMI

We are seeking a Genesis Technical Transformation  Expert Project Manager with the will and ambition to work in high performing Vodafone Team responsible for Leading Digital Transformation in Turkey, reporting  Transformation Technical Program Manager of Vodafone Turkey.

The accountabilities of this role are:

• Manage the CRM&Billing project from an end to end perspective
• Involve in the planning and control of an highly integrated architecture, so technical know-how is highly appreciated.
• Involve in the migration studies so migration of large systems experience is needed.
• Govern the vendors by handling the communication and management of all vendors involved in the programme.
• Follow the project tasks and ensure timely finish of the tasks with the related internale and/or external parties.
• Determine and follow the project dependencies either with other projects/tasks in the transformation programme or with projects/tasks outside the programme.
• Create weekly reports for the progress of the tasks and status of the project in the top management level
• Coordinate impacts of the transformation programme on legacy systems with Vodafone internal teams and/or external parties.
• Ensure alignment of Vodafone deliveries with vendor delivery plan
• Plan and track the operational readiness of newly introduced systems/tools as well as all other project deliverables.
• Apply change management throughout the project time plan
