Experience in related field (5-6 years)
Bachelor Degree in engineering or business, master degree is a plus

İŞ TANIMI

We are seeking a Partner Management & Enabling Senior Associate Manager with the will and ambition to work in high performing Vodafone Team responsible for Leading Digital Transformation in Turkey, reporting Bus.Part., Loy.Prog.&Smart Stad. Senior Manager of Vodafone Turkey.

The accountabilities of this role are:

Developing, maintaining and operating Vodafone Partner ecosystem , developing and ensuring Vodafone business processes/infrastructure to enable timely and accurate development, deployment & operation of partner services/products
Maintain and manage partners having capabilities to address Vodafone needs
Collect feedback from stakeholders and develop partners.
Develop Partner Program rules & regulation in cooperation with related stakeholders
Drive the internal systems to measure Partner performance.
Develop programs to increase revenue
Develop enabler strategies that will support services.
Ensure that long term progress of enabler platforms are in line with business objectives.
Gather, consolidate and document business requirements from all consumer services teams for enabler platforms.
