QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

  • 10+ years of marketing/communication, brand management  field experience  with coaching/leading and developing team members.
  • Experience of dealing with a wide variety of stakeholders and resolving challenging situations.
  • Exceedingly strong project management, attention to detail, organization, and speed in delivery.
  • High attention to detail, high standards and proven ability to manage multiple projects and  competing priorities simultaneously.
  • Drive for excellence, self-directed, communication and collaboration skills that enable you to earn trust across the internal functions, faculties and third parties.
  • Proficiency in English.


İŞ TANIMI

Sabancı University is looking for a talented and experienced Marketing Manager with strong creative, analytical,  communication and management  skills to join our  Institutional Marketing and Communication Team which is excited about  both managing and supporting  a broad range of  work. 
The marketing manager will be responsible for marketing mix in support of the institution’s mission and goals. This role requires an individual with both creative and analytical abilities, entrepreneurial mindset, capability of seeing both the big picture and paying close and consistent attention to end delivery. We are looking for someone to:
  • Conduct trend and competitive analysis to better understandthe higher education landscapewith understanding of our internal and external stakeholders’ expectationsand providing services that meet their needs.
  • Develop and deliver marketing strategy plans, starting from scratch to end and oversee data-driven market research and stakeholder’s relationship.
  • Develop and deliver an integrated and comprehensive communications strategy plans, working creatively with assigned budgets and engaging audiences across media platforms by using appropriate marketing tactics.
  • Increase awareness, interest and consideration for both undergraduate and graduate programs, supportfaculty and student advocasy and drive demand generation effortsin annual student recruitment activities.
  • Develop clear metrics and measure the overall effectiveness of marketing outcomes and return on investment of marketing activity in order to support better decision making on priorities to deliver targeted results.
  • Perform market research and manage external market research projects.
  • Work and direct report to the director of marketing and communication team to prioritize, schedule and complete marketing projects on time.
