- Ability to work effectively with internal and external customers to develop the best platform, efficiently and accurately
- Understanding of BI best practices, data warehouse concepts and reporting techniques
- Ability to present clear and concise reporting on concurrent projects and issues
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to use data and metrics to substantiate assumptions, develop business cases and complete root cause analysis
- Ability to translate technology technical terms into user friendly concepts and outputs
- Ability to think strategically and link overall business direction and vision to business goals and initiatives
- Ability to discern and understand the different reporting needs within the business (tactical/day to day, external/client and management/strategic)
- Minimum of 2 years' experience working with the components of the SAP Business Object and/or Tabelau
- Work autonomously and accountable for acting as a lead within a specialized BI & Reporting function and may provide work direction to others
- Provide seasoned specialized knowledge, advice, and/or guidance to various stakeholders and team members
- Expert knowledge of reporting and BI platforms, tools and techniques used within enterprise and within broader industry and ability to effectively leverage it to support broad range of reporting and BI functions
- Expert at utilizing data sources across the organization with ability to integrate data across multiple platforms
- Manages communication at senior and executive level
- Work effectively across multiple business units with numerous stakeholders to deliver reporting and BI solutions
- Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills – ability to communicate across and up the organization including internal communication to gain buy-in on technology strategy, implementation, and deployment.
- Good organisation and time management skills
- Ability to work under own initiative or as part of a team
- Self-directed, self-motivated and ability to work independently

İŞ TANIMI
We are seeking an Operational Reporting Senior Specialist with the will and ambition to work in high performing Vodafone Team responsible for Leading Digital Transformation in Turkey, reporting to BI Solutions Manager of Vodafone Turkey.
In a completely hands-on role, you will be primarily responsible for designing & developing reporting platform mainly on SAP Business Object and serving to the Commercial Organization with expertise in manipulating, integrating & aggregating large complex data sets. We are looking for someone who is a platform owner with a passion for data, automation and an ability to easily develop quick data pipelines on DWH and bigdata platforms. You will be deployed as part of the Information Management Solutions team and will report to an IM Solutions Manager. Further you will be aligned to a DWH Solution Team to get data and transform it to knowledge.

- Responsible for collaborating with the business analyst to develop business requirements and translating requirements into a technical solution
- Analyse and defines tasks, data flows, and dependencies
- Develop and maintain advanced reporting platform, analytics, dashboards and other BI solutions using SAP BO and tableau.
- Advanced PL SQL knowledge is required
- Experience with data warehousing (e.g. storage methods/formats, database design) preferred
- Responsible for identifying and communicating design and scope issues to the stakeholders
- Conduct design reviews and oversee QA functions for the information delivery applications
- Create other technical deliverable artefacts needed for project implementation
- Develop and delivers knowledge transfer to the colleagues and clients
- Manage timely delivery of processed data and information for data-driven Marketing & Sales initiatives, Financial DSS, Customer operations etc.
- Own regular evaluation of all data sources being leveraged to ensure integrity and quality of the data, actively maintaining data dictionaries & metadata definition
- Actively participate and influence continuous improvements to Company’s Data Warehousing and Business Intelligence solutions with a strong motive for eliminating redundant manual data extraction and processing
