About the Company:

Nitto Bento Bantçılık Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş is a wholly owned subsidiary of Japan's listed leading diversified materials manufacturer Nitto Denko. We are currently accepting applications for our plant in Esenyurt / Istanbul where we produce market closure tapes & frontal tapes for baby and adult diapers, as well as packaging tapes, protective tapes for window profile, external facade panels, aluminum and steel plates sectors.  


Your profile:

• Preferably graduate of university
• Good level of both written and spoken English
• Proficiency in MS Office applications is a must
• The ability and confidence to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
• Strong planning, organizing and representation skills
• Presentable, friendly, giving importance to external appearance
• Minimum 3 years of related work experience
• Female

The function:

• Receiving incoming telephone calls and messages
• Maintaining files and records in accordance with internal procedures
• Preparing, managing and distributing correspondence, reports  and documents
• Greeting and forwarding clients and visitors
• Organizing and coordinating meetings, travel arrangements, hotel and flight bookings
