Dealer Development Specialist

ADECCO

• Degree in a Business/Management, Accounting/Finance, Marketing discipline or equivalent experience. (Technical degree or apprenticeship (1-2 years or equivalent))             
• Highly proficient in both spoken and written English
• Effective writing skills, including grammatical usage, persuasive copy and style
• Ability to use standard desktop load applications such as Microsoft Office plus intranet and internet functions
• Broad based business, sales and marketing skills      
• Knowledge of heavy machinery dealer business practices, ideally including the practices followed at Firm dealerships.
• Willing to travel into difficult environments and/or for extended periods of time
• Skill in financial analysis

İŞ TANIMI

• Supports the development and continuous improvement of dealer distribution channel business practices, processes and systems.                             
• Compiles, analyzes and develops reports on dealer performance (financial, market & customer).                                                         
• Assists dealers and Company personnel in improving performance by delivering dealer development services (e.g. documenting processes, delivering training, facilitating dealer self-assessments).                 
• Coordinates the implementation of dealer development tools, processes and systems
• Provides support for dealer development tools, processes and systems.  
• Coordinates and follows up on dealer development projects at the dealer and company levels
