We are looking for a Purchasing (Supplier Technical Assistance) Engineer who will work in our Gölcük Plant with highly motivated, open-minded engineering teams.

• B.Sc/M.Sc degree in Engineering from a reputable university in Turkey or abroad.
• At least 2 years of experience in similar positions.
• Fluent in English to support international work environment.
• No restriction in travelling.
• Self motivation and discipline.
• Being effective team player to collaborate with other people in different projects.
• No military service obligation will be treated as a very important asset for male candidates.

İŞ TANIMI

• Quality and capacity verification for the production parts. (PPAP – Production Part Approval Process)
• Auditing the production areas of manufacturers that are supplying serial production parts to Ford Otosan. (Manufacturing Site Assessment)
• Improve suppliers that are meeting Ford requirements for Q1 Award and drive the process.
• Leading the corrective actions for supplier process related items and taking measures to prevent reoccurance.
• Coaching the supplier development, continuous improvement and 6 Sigma deployment in supplier base.
• Supporting the new model project launches to achieve serial production at best quality and on time.
• Building effective communication among the customer, plant and suppliers.
