• University degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or Chemistry departments,
• Minimum 4 years of experience in a pharmaceutical company Production Department  
• Excellent command of verbal and written English,
• Excellent knowledge of SAP, MES and MS Office applications,
• Analytical thinking, strong planning, strong people management, resource management and organizational skills,
• Strong interpersonal skills with customers,
• Innovative and sustainable improvement focus,
• Team working and customer oriented mindset,

İŞ TANIMI

• To assure that the Production Department operations and manufacturing policies are applied.
• To make the necessary coordination and organization studies to ensure that production process and the relevant procedures are performed properly and on time.
• To ensure the required coordination to maintain the work flow in production.
• To write and revise the SOP and Cleaning protocols required for production.
• To ensure that the training program is composed and actively implemented.
• To ensure continuous GMP and technical of his/her personnel in line with GMP rules and according to the approved training program.
• To prepare, keep up to date and follow-up all the documentation relating to production operations.
• To lead manufacturing projects, giving support and assuring coordination.
• To assist manufacturing plan and inventory follow-up
• Informing the relevant parties of deviations
• Preparing the relevant Validation Protocols and Reports on time with Process Project Support Department
• Conducting technical assessment on the results and helping to identify bottlenecks, while finding opportunities to improve the process
• Informing related departments about the validation schedule and activities prior to validation
• Communicate and interact cross functionally in project related activities
• Keep up to date with current regulatory and technical developments in the industry.
• To support his personnel in the preparation of annual performance goals and the realization of them.
• To continually observe the behaviors of the personnel and insure compatible working within the divisions and support it. To improve the personnel management by taking the personnel policy into account.
