BSH Home Appliances – Undergraduate Projects Programme is searching for Part-Time Project Students to be employed inÇerkezköy Plant.
 

Undergraduate Projects Programme (UPP) is the fundamental step to enhance industry-university collaboration to increase the level of innovativeness of company via bringing new ideas and academic knowledge. It covers 1 year period. UPP provides you with an opportunity to complete pre-professional experience while applying extending master knowledge in the field, fundamental knowledge of business and an opportunity to work at B/S/H/ after completing the programme.

This is an excellent opportunity for candidates who have the qualifications below;

• Last year undergraduate Industrial Engineering or Business Administrations students or master Industrial Engineering or MBA  student
• Able to work for 4 days in a  week at Cooling Department in Çerkezköy,
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Good command of MS Office applications,
• Self motivated with good communication skills,
• Strong organizational and planning skills,
• Analytical minded flexible, creative and good team player.

İŞ TANIMI

Planning and organizing of R&D trainings in Cooling Development Center in Çerkezköy;

• Determine of training participant list,
• Contact with trainers for training calendar,
• Preparation of necessary materials related to the training, room, catering,
• Tracking of training,
• Analyze the result of training and also doing these works collaboration with HR Academy,
• Retrospective Management of Development Tools.
