QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking a Training Specialist for Inonu Plant, Eskisehir, with the following qualifications:
•Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Training, HR or related field from a reputable university,
•Excellent communication skills and team oriented,
•Good command of English both written and spoken,
•Strong problem-solving and decision making skills,
•Good knowledge of Ms Office programs,
•Analytical thinking with good reporting abilities,
•Effective interpersonal and negotiation skills,
•Ability to set, plan and accomplish goals under deadlines as a good team player
•Identify training needs by evaluating strengths and weaknesses
•Build annual training program and prepare plans
•Planning and organizing training activities
•Stay abreast of the new trends and tools in employee development
