QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a EXPORT SPECIALIST for our multinational pharmaceutical company which is located in Maslak, with the following qualifications:

Graduated from a reputable university in related field,
Experience of min.2 years in Export preferably in pharmaceutical company,
Deep customs & foreign trade knowledge
Fluent in English ; second foreign language preferably Russian, Arabic and French.
Able to use Microsoft Office programs effectively,
Have good supervisory skills of export & customs operations in a complex environment.
Excellent analytical, communication, presentation and organization skills,
No restrictions for travelling abroad,
No military obligations for male candidates

İŞ TANIMI

Follow-up of tenders for searching export opportunities.
Follow-up of current export partners for collecting demands.
Perform and supervise all export operations to ensure safe and smooth of customs process.
Ensure all export documents are duly set before shipment release.
Coordination of all relevant departments such as Regulatory, Logistics, Planning, Finance and warehouse in the company.
Participating/Leading projects as a key team member covering all areas of Customs&Export Operations
Resolve operational and service issues to a satisfactory conclusion.
Ensure process optimization, operational excellence and cost saving perspective.
Prepare and maintain the necessary monthly & weekly reports in his/her area of responsibility.
