• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics engineering; Master’s degree is a plus,
• 8+ years of software development work experience, preferably in telecommunications or internet industry,
• 4+ years management experience in a software development environment leading engineering teams
• High degree of competency within all phases of software development - Estimation, Scheduling, Design, Development, Testing and Delivery, and Maintenance
• Depth of knowledge of specified technological areas (VoIP Protocols, Web Technologies and Security), which includes knowledge of applicable processes, methodologies, standards, products and frameworks.
• Good understanding and experience on the Agile software development process
• Skills on people management, project management and deep technical abilities. PMP is a plus.
• Leading a team of min. 10 engineers
• Team-building and developing skills
• Strong communication skills, collaborative and cooperative approach
• Easy at relationship building
• Understanding of Telecom protocols (e.g. SIP) and concepts and Media Processing (RTP, SRTP, Audio/Video Codecs)
• Lead software development teams using C, C++, Java/J2EE, ORACLE or  MySQL RDBMS
• Understanding of SOAP, REST, JSON and XML
• Innovative approach, high-tech understanding and enthusiasm

• Hands-on involvement on project deliverables
• Fluency in  English (both verbal and written)

İŞ TANIMI

As a Technical Lead, you will play the role of managing the projects and team of software developers across multiple products.
 

• Manage teams of engineers working on multiple products.
• Design, code, and debug web/telecommunication applications, backend and client systems.
• Design and manage winning Proof Of Concept solutions based on customer requirements
• Defining and documenting architecture, capturing and documenting non-functional (architectural) requirements, preparing estimates and defining technical solutions to proposals (RFPs).
• Creates and executes project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements
• Manages day-to-day operational aspects of a project & scope
• Minimizes our exposure and risk on project and takes preventive or corrective actions accordingly
• Interface with customer and third parties for project requirements
