QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
We seek for “Customer Support Specialist” for 1 year who will be able to demonstrate knowledge in ABB, in Country Marketing and Sales, in Kartal Istanbul with below qualifications;
· Vocational school or university degree,
· Min 2 years’ experience in related fields,
· Customer focused attitude
· Excellent interpersonal skills with abilities to communicate and interact effectively with diverse individuals,
· Act as a good team player,
· Ability to communicate effectively in English, both oral and written,
· Entrenched in social media culture,
· Proficiency with computer applications,
· No military obligation for male candidates.
İŞ TANIMI
· Enter all inquiries & customer information according to standard operating procedures into the system
· Keep records of internal & external customer interactions & correspondences & update inquiries records status in the system,
· Answers inquiries by clarifying desired information for onwards forwarding; send questionnaire to customer where necessary,
· Search for unfamiliar products through various channels such as ABB web site, ABB intranet, Web Search Engines, SAP, Product-on-line, Social networks & others
· Respond promptly to customer inquiries
· Route calls & emails to appropriate resource(s),
· Coordinate & tabulate customer surveys,
· Communicate & coordinate with internal customers on miscellaneous issues; inquiry tracers, reminder, PO, reassign inquiry & others,
· Produce monthly customer inquiry reports,
· Updates job knowledge by participating in recommended soft skills courses
· Strive to continually improve on product knowledge by gathering valid data regularly & attending internal product briefings.
