• Bachelor’s degree in related field, such as business administration, industrial engineering etc,
• Min. 2 years work experience (experience in Big4 audit firms, a well-known management consultancy firm, financial analysis or pricing departments of well-known multinational companies is a plus)
• Good understanding of financial modelling, developing the business cases.
• Highly analytical with strong intellect and capable of structured analysis.
• Strong commercial judgment with strategic understanding. Considers the impact of proposals on the wider business.
• Proactively taking action to improve current situations or address challenges and potential opportunities.
• Strong prioritization and negotiation skills.
• Suggests creative ideas / solutions.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills (both verbal and written).
• Team player who builds excellent working relationships with other team members and customers.
• Advanced knowledge & experience in MS Office Applications.
• Excellent command of both written and verbal English.

İŞ TANIMI

• Perform financial appraisal of major commercial propositions through sophisticated quantitative analyses and financial modelling that translates data into actionable insights.
• Conduct post launch analyses in order to compare actual performance with business case forecasts and provide insight about the variances.
• Conduct periodical analyses and provide actionable insights to senior management. 
• Develop financial and data models and tools that provide a platform for decision making on a variety of business issues.
• Research and analyze key business drivers, operating metrics, and sector and macro-economic trends in order to reflect in forecast and assess impact on financial statements.
• Feed actual performance learnings into modelling for future propositions.
• Provide the management team with ad-hoc management information & analysis.
• Provide financial advice considering commercial factors to the Commercial teams to support the achievement of the company targets.
• Manage and establish the link between related functions and finance in order to understand the developments & performance in depth by finance executives.Discover different campaign methods in order to increase device sales of Türk Telekom, manage projects for implementation of these new methods and channels.
