İŞ TANIMI
We are seeking a Product Manager – Postpaid with the will and ambition to work in high performing Vodafone Team responsible for Leading Digital Transformation in Turkey, reporting to Product Senior Manager - Cons.Postpaid of Vodafone Turkey.
- Define and deliver innovative postpaid products in line with corporate strategies and customer insights
- Ensure the effective implementation of product management and development programs in line with initiative master plan
- Ensure lifecycle of propositions from concept phase to retirement in an environment of continuous improvement through ownership of the business case, campaign launch, development roadmaps and support materials
- Include analytical progress tracking and analytical insight analysis in to product ideation and lifecycle management.
- Utilize product management expertise and in-depth understanding of how product management integrates with other functions / departments within Vodafone Turkey
- Interaction with multifunctional team, motivate people, inspire and persuade to coordinate the delivery of products in a timely manner with best customer experience and commercial strength.
- Maintain close contact with segment, technology and regulation departments to sense business trend and evaluate insights,
- Selection process ownership of “Market Innovation” area & propose ideas
- Lead platform/infrastructure programs & investments to secure long-term capability pipeline
- Plan all activities within own area of accountability, including finances and budget, in line with Vodafone Turkey’s business strategies in general and CBU function / Segment strategies specifically
- Establish & prioritize & monitor monthly A type & C type product roadmap
- Ensure design & delivery of optimum product solution & possibly an innovation, serving customer insights behind best customer experience, answering business & financial needs and taking into consideration technology capabilities/limitations.
- Lead and work in coordination with PDt & IT teams to deliver on time & in quality
- Develop team members through mentoring, trainings, and on the job feedback
- Maintain high motivation to deliver challenging goals throughout fiscal year
