• University degree in Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering,
• Minimum 5 years of related work experience,
• Knowledge in SAP,
• Knowledge in ISO 9001, 14001 and OHSAS 18001 standards,
• Good command of written and spoken English,
• Able to communicate effectively, customer oriented, analytical thinking,
• Completed military service for male applicants,
• Able to work in 3 shifts.

İŞ TANIMI

• Understand features of product and production methods, identify and solve problems before they turn out to be quality problems.
• Follow-up, allocate required resources and assure completion of tasks on time as described in production Schedule.
• Follow productivity both for individuals and also for the group of people.
• Carry out improvement projects and report them
• Give feedback to planning in case there are deviations from plan
• Assure that confirmations by the operators are given for completed jobs.
• Take administrative controls like absenteeism, shift arrangements, permissions etc. for the group of workers he manages.
• Be aware of all technical instructions and apply them where need
• Be aware of all ABB procedures, obey and apply where needed
• Cooperate with other workshops and department in order to complete the product on time.
• Prepare training plans for his/her workers
• Take part in 5S, TPM and similar projects
• Take part in stock taking, prototype production, layout changes etc.
• Observe and communicate with operators for any behavior of them regarding health and safety, strictly follow Turkish legislation and ABB safety standards.
