• University degree,
• Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service department,
• Excellent oral and written communication skills,
• Knowledge of English in intermediate level,
• Experience of working in a call centre,
• Use of Microsoft Office suite of tools (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint),
• Ability to create, organize, implement, monitor and adjust multiple projects at the same time,
• Self-starter with exceptional project management skills and great attention to detail,
• Positive and constructive attitude,
• Desire to solve, sell and be a valuable member of a multinational company sales team,
• Shows commitment to Hoya values: trust, openness, cooperation, consideration for others ,
• Military service completed for male candidates.

İŞ TANIMI

• Take the daily customer orders and help clients for using Hoya Systems,
• Fill traceability system, check the lenses and the notify findings and further measurements to the client, reorder the lenses etc,
• Follow the customer’s needs and encourage them to include newly launched products in their regular orders,
• Solve the customer claims promptly and completely,
• Make the necessary invoicing process,
• Prepare monthly reports,
• Actively promote Hoya products and services offered by the company to the customers,
• Assist Business Area to achieve its monthly and yearly sales target and objectives,
• Keep customer base good and up-to-date product information and campaigns,
• Implement improvements to the systems, planning, training, and documentation.
