  • 4 years’ university degree
  • 3 years of experiences in sales/account management 
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Advanced level of MS Office Applications
  • Good communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong analytical problem solving skills
  • Ambitious, confident and able to take initiative


İŞ TANIMI


Executing Sales and Instore Category Strategies
  • 4P Implementation and Shopper Study:
Leads 4P implementation and field communication
Analyzes market data, competition and presents the outcomes to category manager
  • Distribution Tasks:
Plans and takes actions to exploit distribution opportunities
Makes necessary analysis to define the distribution opportunities and support category management with data supply
Sets channel/customer/brand based assortment and planogram strategies
Sets ND/ WD targets for all brands
Close tracking of supply& purchasing process 
  • Budget Tracking:
Ensures annual budget plan is implemented, updates phasing, tracks budget realization monthly
Shapes the investment phasing within the monthly budget (ex: deciding on additional in-store material demand)
  • Merchandising Strategy:
Manages channel/customer based merchandising needs of the category in alignment with sales & marketing
Defines merchandising needs by channel, makes field visits to control PLV executions, interact very closely with BA management, track competitor merchandising activities and prepare field reports
Supports Category Manager and Merchandising Specialist on Merchandising &PLV design and optimization
  • Category Management Projects:
Supports Category Manager via analyzing customer & market data for category management projects and makes proposals for category growth at customer level
Sets category management priorities aligned with POS segmentation strategy
Joins category management related customer meetings with Category Manager and track field executions
  • Reporting Responsibilities:
Ensures all guidelines are tracked and necessary actions are planned
Prepares and tracks master plan and trade marketing bulletin by getting the full alignment of marketing and sales teams
Works with sales operations and ensures the following are reported on time and prepares activity tracking
Works with sales revenue management on monthly basis
Sets and analyses client promotional strategy of the category
 

Preferred Candidate

More than 3 years of experience
Bachelor’s(Graduate), Master’s(Student), Master’s(Graduate), Doctorate(Student), Doctorate(Graduate)
