Production Manager

• At least a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering. Graduate Degree is an asset,
• 10 years experience in plant or production management, manufacturing technology, engineering and product quality; preferably in steel industry, metallurgy, metalworking or automotive supplier certified,
• Experience in quality systems such as ISO 9001, OHSAS 18001, ISO 16949,
• Experience in implementation of the rules for environment, health and safety at work,
• Computer knowledge and efficiency, including Microsoft Office applications,
• Excellent command of verbal and written English,
• Excellent computer communication and technical presentation skills,
• Self-disciplined and motivated,
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and keep the team engaged,
• Excellent communication, decision making abilities and problem solving abilities,
• B-Class driving license,
• Living in Kocaeli or İstanbul.

İŞ TANIMI

• Follows and controls the production process and its quality,
• Manages the production team comprised of blue and white collars of his/her responsibility,
• Follows the implementation of quality plans on processes, specifies and implements necessary changes and corrective actions. Conducts and reports performance evaluation studies for his/her processes together with Quality Assurance Manager by using statistical methods,
• Performs risk assessment practices for occupational health and safety measures, takes necessary precautions, makes applications sustainable, controls employees and working environment, / apply corrective and preventive measures,
• Fulfils his/her responsibilities within Quality Management System, ensure the team also stay in line with these systems.
