Qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s degree in  Engineering and/or similar sciences, (Preferably Computer, Industrial, Operations, System Engineering),
• New graduated,
• Advanced level in both written and spoken English,
• Very good command of MS Excel,
• Analytical and solution-oriented,
• Excellent communication and organizational skills,
• Ability to build relationships and work well as part of a team,
• Responsible, creative and innovative,
• No military obligation for male candidates.

*Job location will be in Esenyurt, Kemerburgaz, Alemdağ, Kavacık, Maltepe and Gebze. 

Job Description:

• Conducting projects in order to improve and develop all process in an operation,
• Following and performing the development of process improvement and operational management systems,
• Creating and updating (if necessary) project plans according to Depict methodology about the ongoing projects,
• Following and controlling project activities and its performance,
• Performing time and method study by observing operation’s business process.

*New Graduate Operations Engineer project will be conducted by İŞKUR.
