If you have the following knowledge and experience, our Sushi Chef position in our Divan Bodrum Hotel unit is just for you!

Qualifications:

  • Must have at least 5 years of experience in traditional Japanese cuisine and must have experience in create modern fine dining Japanese cuisine in 5 stars international restaurant or hotels
  • An excellent knowledge and experience of working with Sushi, Sashimi and Teppanyaki cuisine.
  • Extremely high quality standard oriented chef to be able to satisfy local and international travelers
  • To research and recommends high quality culinary staff in the market
  • Good communication skill in English (verbal and written)
  • Ability to develop and identify new products and equipment, to improve the production of the restaurant
  • Ability to develop and define quality standards of food preparation and presentation of the food
  • Be constantly updated with the latest Japanese food trends around the World

Preferred Candidate

6 - 10 years of experience
Associate Degree(Graduate), Bachelor’s(Graduate)
Completed, Exempt
