QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
We seek for ''Temporary Site Manager'' who will be able to demonstrate knowledge in ABB in Local Division Power Grids; Local Product Group Grid Integration in Kıgı / Elazığ location for 1 year with below qualifications;
· University degree in Electrical /Mechanical/Industry Engineering from a reputable university,
· Good knowledge of Microsoft MS Office applications such as word, excel, power point and Autocad,
· Extensive previous experience (at least 5 years) as a Site Manager, at least 3 years for power plant projects(hydro experience is preferable),
· Good Communication skill is essential,
· Good command of written and spoken English,
· Excellent problem resolution skills,
· Capability implementing, coordinating and controlling immediate solutions,
· Ability to work both independently and in a team environment,
· Hard working, result oriented, self-motivated with excellent technical skills,
· No military obligation,
· Having a driving license and able to drive,
· Able to travel in Turkey or abroad.
· Knowledge and observance of Health&Safety Rules & Guidelines,Leadership & Commitment to lead a Group of Employees in his fold,
· Preparation of Reports to various sections of the Company, Implementation of Quality Systems,
· Control, monitor, review and put necessary control measures to optimize all activities to stay within schedules,
· Management and coordination of site personnel,
· Notifications to Client and Subcontractors in coordination with project manager,
· Lead all the technical team at site for installation & commissioning of Electromechanical Works,
· Reporting to project manager.
