Manufacturing Engineering - Method Head of Section

BSH Home Appliances is searching for an Assembly Head of Section to be employed inÇerkezköyPlants with the following qualifications:  

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial or Manufacturing Engineering,
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Engineering or Production field and team management
• Fluent English knowledge is must, 
• Knowledge of MTM-UAS (Methods-Time Measurement) is must,
• Having knowledge of Lean Manufacturing,Six Sigma are an asset,
• Good command of MS Office applications,
• Having analytical thinking capability, decision making and problem solving ability,
• Live/Willing to live in or close to Bahçeşehir,Beylikdüzü,Silivri,Çorlu, Çerkezköy and etc.

İŞ TANIMI

• Managing the team for definition of assembly production prosesses, productivity improvement and optimisation studies , worker ratio projects
•  Focusing on planning, implementation and reporting with Production System (Lean Manufacturing) tools
• Plan and implemention of innovation and benchmark studies
• Department OH budget planning and follow up
• Reporting of productivity , standart time development , headcount and loss hours
• Implementation of new processes and equipments releated with new products projects
