What do I need to qualify for this job?
* BSc. or MSc. in Electrical / Electronical Engineering / Computer Science   or a related area
* Excellent command of English. German knowledge is an asset
* Knowledge and experience in SCADA Software
* Knowledge of system administration and database administration
* Strong problem solving and analytical skills
* Excellent interpersonal communication skills

What else do I need to know?
* Male candidates should have completed the military service requirements
* No restrictions for travelling in and abroad

For our Digital Grid Engineering Group in  Istanbul, we are looking for a SCADA Software Support Engineer having active role to support customer’s SCADA systems with close cooperation with the central Customer Care Department in Germany.

What are my responsibilities?
* Provide worldwide technical support of Siemens SCADA systems through creative, intelligent, efficient and flexible solutions
* Communicate with customers in a professional, efficient, pleasant and helpful manner
* Document all customer interaction
* Identify and escalate priority issues per client specifications
* Redirect problems to appropriate R&D if it is needed
