QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
- Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university prefreably from an economic and administrative background; Endustrial Engineering, Statistics, Maths or from a social science background; such as Psychology or Sociology.
- At least 4 years of HR experience in a global firm
- Experience in using ERP programs (SAP, Oracle etc.)
- Must be fluent in English, French speaking is an asset
- A “people person”; social and extraverted with strong interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated,proactive and solution-oriented; comfortable working in an environment which demands strong deliverables along with the ability to identify problems and drive appropriate solutions
- Highly organized, accountable and results-oriented; able tomanage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint applications

To get there, we need talented, dynamic and driven people.We are now looking for a organized self-starter HR Business Partner to join our team.The HR Business Partner is both a strategic and hands-on role that is critical in executing our people initiatives and driving HR functional excellence and process improvement within the firm.
As an HR Business Partner, you will be responsible for developing and executing recruitment activities and will work closely with with all line managers and top management. The HR Business Partner will play a critical and highly visible role as a first contact with our key partners and take an active role in initiating and developing HR processes such as performance management and HR analytics; reporting directly to our HR Director.
The ideal candidate will have graduated from a reputable university, prefreably from economic and administrative departments such as Endustrial Engineering, Statistics, Maths or from a social science background; such as Psychology or Sociology. The candidate we are looking for is the one who takes a proactive approach for finding the best talent and building good relationships across the organization.
KEY RESPONSABILITIES AND TASKS:
- Talent recruitment: Contributing to the strategies of talent development, managing execution and following up on learning outcomes. Analzing effectiveness of recruitment process and creating an action plan for best practices.
- Conduct and operate Head Quarter’s, Region Offices’ and subsidiarys’ recruitment processes
- As a Business Partner keep in touch with global trends to come up with innovative solutions for HR processes and ensure HR processes are reflected within every department
- Establish rapport and conduct regular meetings with hiring managers in order to find candidates that meet their requirements in terms of skill and qualification.
- Update and utilize recruiting databases and job boards, as well as digital recruitment tools
- Execute proactive pool searches; create and manage recruitment sources to provide appropriate talent to the company
- Screen & select candidates and conduct competency based interviews. Follow up recruitment KPIs: hiring performance and retention
- Participate in recruiting events and carreer fairs
