QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Preferably university degree from related fields,
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in multinational companies,
  • Excellent oral & written communication skills both in English and Turkish is a MUST,
  • Excellent command of MS Office applications; Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point and also SAP knowledge is preferred,
  • Effective planning, organization skills and multi-tasking,
  • Strong communication skills,
  • Effective work with minimal supervision,
  • Strong attention to detail skills,
  • Ability to interact effectively with different levels,
  • Pro-active supporting attitude.
  • Self- confident, team player, have ability to push things forward


İŞ TANIMI

Yıldız Holding, one of the largest and fast growing groups of Turkey, is looking for an  Assistant to Vice President  for its International Operations. A brief job description of the position and preferred qualifications for the suitable candidates are defined below:
 
Assisting Vice President for all general administrative tasks as assigned,
  • Scheduling and organizing meetings, appointments, conference calls, travels, etc.,
  • Maintaining documentation, briefing papers, periodical reports and executive presentations as needed,
  • Liaise with all related departments to compile, coordinate and edit necessary data/information for the related tasks,
  • Handling internal and external communication, organizing the agenda of the President;
  • Welcome and handle top executive visitors and guests in an effective manner;
  • Assist the president with preparation of presentation materials, agendas of the meetings as needed;
  • Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, and follow through on issues in a timely manner;
  • Attend meetings to take meeting minutes and track all deliverables;

Preferred Candidate

2 - 3 years of experience
