• University degree in business administration, engineering, econometrics or related business fields,
• Experience 2-3 years experience in strategic purchasing, global category management,
• Familiar with reverse e-auctions, applied game, bargain and auction theory,
• Experience in international project management or consultancy
• Strong analytical skills, capable of analyzing data and create scenarios,
• Fluent English knowledge is a must,
• Good command of MS Office(especially Excel) knowledge,

İŞ TANIMI

• Providing the framework and standards used for competition-intensive negotiations across global purchasing functions,
• Provide advanced negotiation consultancy / support purchasers and cross functional global teams from negotiation phase until awarding based on total cost of ownership,
• Increase utilization of competition intensive negotiations combining different innovative negotiation instruments (game, bargaining and auction theories, e-commerce skills),
• Driving competence development for e-commerce and advanced negotiation concepts to BSH Globalpurchasing community and key stakeholders. Reporting and communication of negotiation successes and share benchmarks,
• Contribution of material group strategies by proposing measures to improve competitive environment for defined material groups.
