Role: We are looking for a “Legal Intern” reporting to Legal Manager to be employed in our Holding Headquarters located in Istanbul.
 

• 3th year student in Law Faculties
• Flexible schedule to work minimum 3-4 full days a week
• Excellent command of English in in both speaking and writing
• Ambition and desire to progress, develop, and to take responsibility
• Proficiency in MS Word and power point
• Interest on agreements, regulations and projects
• Strong communication and analytical thinking skills
• Strong follow-up and organizational skills (multitasking and ability to meet deadlines)

İŞ TANIMI

Support and assist Legal (& Compliance) Department;
 

• in daily operations such as contract and guideline reviews,
• monitoring regulation updates and preparing regulation reports in English and Turkish,
• conducting researches on the relevant legal and compliance topics and preparing legal opinions in English and Turkish,
• preparing trainings and presentations on legal and compliance matters in English and Turkish,
• preparing electronic and physical achieve of the department,
• preparing board resolutions, general assembly resolutions and carrying out related activities,
• following up outsourced litigation files and related activities.
