İŞ TANIMI

• Responsible from TEB Cetelem’s projects including Industrial Plan- (AFS projects)
  • Defining the needs by making the gap analysis. Based on the outcome, he/she prepares the work-plan and forms the streams to work on the processes
• Collaborates with marketing department to develop new products and services included in the AFS plan and closely follow ups all the product/service projects
• Covers and performs all the communication activities of AFS between the country and HO France
• Responsible of preparing meetings on AFS topics in the country and in-between France and Turkey
• Develop positive relationships with managers and staff to enable the Industrial Plan and provide support including facilitation, tracking and reporting on projects, and training
• Follows the market/world to get the latest innovations and adapts them to the company in order to improve
• Do deep analysis and prepares reports on certain projects
• Responsible from change management based on the strategy
• Track and report project portfolio performance, providing a real-time, comprehensive, and prioritized view of all projects
• Assist the managers and the teams on the best use of project management disciplines and approaches  
• Identifies the topics and the improvement areas and shares with the management
• Act as the source of documentation, guidance and metrics on the practice of project management and execution.
